I was recently notified, and you may or may not be aware as well, that many states are implementing laws to protect the privacy of its citizens which includes some of these laws allowing citizens to sue businesses anywhere in the US just for not having a compliant Privacy Policy.

In addition, there are about a dozen other states that want to pass similar laws in the near future, which will require you to not only have a Privacy Policy, but continually update it as well.

They will automatically update your website policies when the laws change, and they do it at a fraction of the cost of an attorney. The initial cost for the license, setup and implementation is $99 (per site) and renews at $99/year after (per site), ensuring your policies stay up to date with changes to the law. Fee for Termageddon’s services through Hatmen Marketing’s payment platform will auto-renew in one year unless cancelled.

Services are provided by Termageddon with Hatmen Marketing only acting as your web agency to implement the code. You can cancel any time. Payment will not be refunded for the year, however cancellation will prevent a new charge for the next payment.
